WHAT DOES HIRESECURE COVER?

• Accidental loss or damage anywhere in UK, including whilst in transit.
• Fraudulent hires, theft, vandalism/malicious damage.
• Owned & cross-hired equipment.
• Cover provided up to £100,000 any one claim. No single article limit.

WHAT IS A LOSS & DAMAGE WAIVE?

When you, the Customer arranges a Hire, you have the option of taking standard hire conditions or selecting a Loss & damage Waive (subject to an additional cost).

By selecting the Waive, you, the customer, agree to an alteration to the Terms & Conditions of Hire, which effectively removes most of the terms through which we would pursue you, the Customer, for recovery, following loss or damage to the equipment that we have hired to you.

This is not an insurance product that you, the Customer, purchases, but a contractual arrangement which removes your responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the hired equipment.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

The cost to you, the Customer, is minimal & it provides you with the confidence that it will cover the full value of the hired equipment, removing any worry of whether your own Business Insurance is sufficient, or whether it actually covers Hired equipment. It will also speed up the claims settlement process. The cost is 17.5% + VAT (Standard Rate) of the cost of the Hired equipment, excluding delivery & any sales items.
