If there is anything we dont have on the shelf, we can order and receive in most situations within 24 hours. As a supplier to hundrerds of manufacturers we are able to offer a fast and reliable service.

Repairs and Servicing
Our fully trained and experienced workshop staff are able to carry out mechanical repair and services on many machines including Petrol Disc Cutters, Compressors, Generators and many more.

We can also sharpen and make up chain to fit any chainsaw often while you wait. Saw blade, router bit and planer blade sharpening and re-tipping service also available - but outsourced and lead time usually around two weeks.

HireSecure Loss & Damage Waiver
When hiring equipment it is essential that you have adequate protection to cover your liabilities should you suffer a loss or damage to equipment hired from us.

At Gem Tool Hire we can offer a loss & damage waiver, protecting you for items of hired plant up to £100,000 any one claim. There is no need to sign up to an annual policy, just add it onto your hire contract for a fee of 17.5% of the hire rate (plus VAT), and have peace of mind that you are covered should the worst happen.
